"Automobile" magazine, November issue. Very laudatory article
on Fulvias: history, specs, models. Interesting reading.

I was wondering if they might get around to that at some point after Kitman did that column several months ago wherein he lauded olde-skoole Lancia design and build quality; I remember reading something along the lines of, "a turn signal switch mechanism with all the heft and precision of a fine rifle bolt".
FWIW, I've come to settle on Automobile as my favorite mainstream car magazine. R&T is a bit too gearhead, C&D rather juvenile, and MT barely merits mention (if I can't say anything nice...), but Automobile has consistently excellent writing, sharp layout design, interesting and diverse content, and as DED Jr. himself dictated as its founding motto, "No boring cars".

Looking forward to reading the article; it figures with that Automobile would be the one to do it. Jamie Kitman owns a 1966 1.2 Coupe, the most refined of the Fulvia Coupes.

Thanks for the tip. I've given up on all the mainstream mags, just not interested in SUVs and minivans.
My current favorite is Hemmings Sports & Exotic, a nice mix of cars and an amazing amount of eceterini.
Auto Italia is also a good read with lots of Lancia coverage.
