Does anyone have any ideas on sourcing rear shock mounts?

Always, ALWAYS try Csaba 1ST. Di-Fatta has some odd-ball stuff too.
Beta-Boys maybe? Rear mounting plate [Coupe/Zagato '81/'82] is:
right: #82358859, left #82358861. These are the very top portions
of the strut towers w/the molded in rubber, thru bolts.
