One of the doors on my coupe' has dropped so much that it catches the back window if I close it without lifting it.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a matter of replacing the hinge pins or is it likely to be something else? How do you manage to get the hinges off? My retaining screws are done up so tightly that they do not want to budge at all. I would appreciate any thoughts on the matter.

Hi Christopher!
There are six screws 13mm in front of door, under cover. This screws for adjusting door clearance. They hold door on hingles. Compare clerance of door in front and back. If you whant increase clearance in front, adjust lower hingle, otherwise -higher hingle. Put some rust stop liquid in door. Lancia beta hingle constructions very good for adjusting doors.

Thanks Dmitry. I will check again today but last time I looked I could not get those screws to move at all no matter what I did. If I remember correctly they are cross head screws and I started doing damage to the heads without the screws moving at all.
How's your HPE coming on?

OK I've found the six bolts in the door that allow adjustments to be made and it seems that someone found them before as some were not done up, hence, the sagging door. Thanks for the tip Dmitry.
Now I've seen them and seen :o how easy it is to adjust the door I feel somewhat foolish ::) having asked the question and broken a screwdriver tip trying to get the hinge plate screws undone! Time for a cup of tea I think.

Thought I would add a photo of where the adjustment bolts are. I had no idea at first where they were supposed to be until I took the door trim panel off.

Thanks for this thread and the pic!
My passenger side has sagged a little so now I also know how to adjust them. Lucky, cause I was going to do the screws on the hinge thinking there might of been some play in that.
