SIEM headlights, where to get some?

Hi all, anyone know a good place to get just one of the above headlights for my coupe, I need a highbeam unit part number 12300, if it wasn't for the fact that these have special plastic clips to fit on to the end of the adjuster I could just get a sealed unit. This is another thing I failed a roadworthiness inspection on, cracked lense. I've e-mailed a few places but have had no reply for weeks, I really want to get my car back on the road.
