We installed the engine today and go most everything under neath hooked up. Along the way I installed some oversive muffler viabration dampners . They are motor mounts from some small stationary engines. It has really been a chore as the front engined FWD cradle thing is new to me and different. We were able to get the engine in fully assembled w/the A/C assembly by carefully lowering the car and moving the cradle about. The easy stuff remains to be done and then back on the road in a week or so
I am sitting here in celebration nursing a toddy of Pigs Nose and reflecting on the ordeal to date. Pigs Nose for the uninformed is a very smooth(like a pigs nose) blend of Scotch wiskey. I am sure some of the Brits are familiar with it.. When you get old and poor you look for a Scotch that brings you close to the great single malts like the Glen what ever's. Pigs Nose is as close as it gets..
