Yes, the gap between each of the cylinder bores - "gap"+"bore"="intercylinder distance"
or distance centre to centre cylinders. :)
One person approves that this distance of 95 mm.
It`s interesting to use the head of the block lancia on the engine lada(95mm).

if you notice on the 84mm motors, the combustion chambers don't line up with the cylinders- because the heads were originally made for a smaller bore (less distance between cylinders!)

Hi Will,
Unfortunately I didn`t see the head of the block lancia.
Only internet photos. With pleasure would look drawings(acad or other).

:D Hi Zhuzha,So if im correct your going to try to put a lancia head on a lada block? Questions? 1) What lada is it?
2)If its a riva(The one that looks like two boxes stuck together)Sorry but it does! Why not put the complete lancia engine in instead of mucking around trying to get the other "hybrid" to work? Over here a man called guy croft (www.guy-croft.com)built and installed such an engine into a riva.If so he might be the man to talk to.Good luck.Andy.
