Lancia Scorpion/ Montecarlo video/ film footage

HI, happy new year everyone. I have just finished watching Herbie goes to Monte Carlo and was wondering if there is anymore film footage of these lancia anywhere. I have owned one myself for over a year , but have only driven it a handfull of times and then the major works started.
If anyone has any footage on disc of their own cars i would pay a fee to see some, cheers all, Paul. :lol:

I've seen a couple of movies with Betas. There's a film that has a blue Beta coupe and another film with a red Zagato. If only I could remember the titles.

Probably not a good idea to buy the one they dumped in the lake !

a)Manhattan
b) Modern problems

I was watching a movie the other night that had a mess of Lancia sedans as police cars- I think there were three or four? It's some movie about corruption in the Italian police force, starts off with a woman blowing up some people in an office building. She gets befriended by a male stenographer who helps her escape, if that helps you find the movie.

Also, I think there are several lancias in the parking garage scene in Frantic- I have to get that on DVD so I can get a better look. I know Harrison Ford did an ad for the Thema, or Kappa, can't remember which.
Iv'e also seen a black beta coupe on TV in NYPD blue, which also had a red X-1/9 in a different episode. Both were background cars, parked on the street.

Well, that's all I know of, anybody got any more?

Quite an interesting site, came across it when I was searching for another site I'd found on Lancias in movies a long time ago but can't find again (damn). If I remember correctly the Aprilia which Tintin used in the Land of Black Gold was the Shah's personal car, I'll see if I can find out who owned the B20 GT in The Calculus Affair.

I was reminded that in the Godfather III, roughly halfway through at the arrival in Bagheria, Sicily, there is a Lancia Gamma Berlina, between a Maserati Quattroporte and Alfa Six.

I believe that the film "The Betsy" featured a revolutionary new automobile that was in fact a slightly disguised Beta Coupe.
