Reverse light wires

Silly question...

Could someone describe to me where the reverse light wires come from that go into the switch on the transmission? Mine are missing and I can't find a junction box or any connector where they originate from.

Hi Ed,

If memory serves - running back from light - one wire runs from the lights back to one side of the switch on the transmission. The other wire on the switch simply runs back to the fusebox. On my car, I think it's a blue wire with a white tracer.

That should certainly work and is easy enough to replace if your loom is missing the wires, which is unlikely unless your loom has been butchered! Hope this helps
