Lancia Thema 8 Valve Turbo

I am thinking about getting a thema 8v turbo, could anyone tell me what differences are there between the thema and 8 valve integrale mechanically, as performance parts are hard to find for a thema. Do things like induction kits, fit both thema and integrale ? As the integrale is only named, as it will fit.

If all goes to plan, I would like to turn a thema into a pure race car, and have it ready for the 2007 season. While doing small events in 2006, (Track days, etc...)

The basic longblock is the same but everything attached to it is different. Not many things will be compatable

I don't think there's anything in particular about the Thema engine that precludes upgrades. I ran one for a couple of years in my Scorpion until upgrading to a 16V turbo.
