Lancia thema 16V turbo potential

I have a 1989 Lancia Thema turbo 16V with a shot turbo, i'm looking to mod it to around 350-450hp but i'll be doing it in steps as money/time allows :wink:

My question is if anyone knows the hp limits for different parts as we upgrade, so far i've got an ideia

-ecu needs remaps constantly at each step
-sump needs baffling right away
-turbo at 260hp
-injectors at 300hp
-headwork at 320hp (port polish etc)
-pistons at 350-380hp
-exhaust manifold at 380hp
-rods at 400hp
-crank has not been known to fail

Can anyone correct any wrong info.

There's an almost limitless pool of info on the Delta / Integrale (more-or-less the same engine) on the Evocar forum on Delphi. Have a look there for some ideas.. .
