I found this poking around tonight. Too bad someone didn't tell them that between stripping the car to bare metal, and applying rust inhibitor, you're supposed to remove the rust!!

w/some flame marks, looks like fenderwell rust-thru's,

New rotor! Oh, boy!

Alright, I'm not going to pile on. I've seen cars waaaay worse made respectable again is relatively short time. Ya, there's rust, but really, fenders can be fixed. When it's rockers and doubled walled stuff, then it gets messy/expensive.
