When I first got my Scorpion it also had that "Viagra" problem (always up). :?

Check the two little short fuses on the right end of your fuse box. Chances are one of them is blown.

Hey..you are lucky..mostly they get stuck down...

there is a little bitty manual winder knob on the left hand side of the luggage compartments, I think you spin it counter clockwise about a zillion times and eventually the lights come down..

My son has japanese scorpion (84 Fiero) same problem...

The Fiero is built in America.... the Japanese Scorpion is the MR2 (which I had one of the first in the states).
