It's a 1981 coupe. My wife is really annoyed that it's still in the back yard ... Anyway, I was hoping you guys could give me some advice about what bits I should focus on.

Cheers!

Depends what sort of coupe it is? series 1 / 2 / 3? engine? condition?

No idea. It's a 1981 Beta Coupe, U.S. model. I know the column switches are highly prized, so I'll probably start by listing those for sale, but beyond that I don't really know what's a dime a dozen and what people are looking for. That's what I was hoping to get some guidance on. Like, should I bother listing dash switches, glove compartment door, etc.?

The engine and drivetrain run out nicely -- I drove it almost all the way home, had to have a neighbor tow me the last quarter mile 'cos a sudden electrical problem killed it off. Since then I've scavenged the air flow meter, though. There is something frighteningly wrong with the steering rack. Not that that matters now ... but getting it home was rather scary.

It's got some good body panels too. Actually it's astonishingly rust-free underneath.

Thanks!

Seems like people, on E-Bay @ least, try to sell
just about anything. Every try to sell the whole
car ? I could use the front seatbelt stalks [near
console] if they're the short ones. Yes there were
two heights . Good luck .

Your "Finnzo" ID is still there! Which do you prefer to use? I'll merge the 2 IDs for you.

Sure, DJ, that'd be fine -- let's use FinnJohn since that's my real name -- I ran into the updated-system problem where I couldn't access my account, so I created a new one -- then I read that note about the problem on the start page, but by then my problem was solved ... sorry for any extra trouble.

Cheers!
