Scorpion strut inserts

Hi folks,

I am wondering who might be interested in gas inserts for Scorpions?

They are a non adjustable type and come complete with the necessary fitting kit. No cutting and welding of strut tubes required. So long as you have screw in tops on your struts these will fit. They are gas and a little firmer than standard, but I hesitate to call them performance parts.

They are made in Australia and if there is enough interest I would be happy to start bringing them into the USA. There are currently two Scorpions in Denver fitted with them.

Price is still to be finalised, but I invisage under $100 each including shipping to your door.

I'd sure be interested in more info on the strut inserts - who makes 'em, are they designed specifically for Scorpion/Monte application, or are they set up for X/19s, etc.

Hi Bruce,

They are made by Pedders Suspension, Australias largest suspension
company. The inserts are listed as being X1/9 replacement parts but I
have always found them a little to harsh for the X1/9. I am now finding
they are about right for the Scorpion.
