I couldn't help myself. A fellow Lancisti recently offered up a '77 Beta Coupe for free and I couldn't stand it. I just had to go rescue it from the Nevada desert. It was a great boondoggle trip to las Vegas with the wife and we got to meet a couple fo other great folks (and enthusiasts) along the way.
The car will be a longer term restoration project but, having been a desert car it's entire life, the body is in incredibly good shape.

To top it all off, today I agreed to buy a really nice 82 Beta Zagato (Spider). This addiction is getting out of hand! I now own 2 Scorpions and 2 different Betas. Now all I need is an HPE to complete the North American round-up from the 70s and 80s. But the wife wants a Fulvia...and then there's the Flavia and Flaminia, and the Fulvia Zagato Sport... Somebody help me!! :roll:
