I am just about to make a new headlining for my S2 Sport, I have a question though; does the lining go over the roof beam just behind the door or is the fabric wrapped around it so you can see the beam? The attached image is how I think it should NOT be, as I think the headliner goes over the beam. Any advice or pictures would be a big help.
Thanks.

I just posted a picture on the Alfa BB (don't know how to post pictures in this site) showing the parts catalogue page for S1 Fulvia Sport (S2 should have the same headliner). The headliner covers the header beam.

Hi,
I also noticed that Fantasy Junction in Emeryville, Ca has a 2nd (?) series 5-speed Fulvia Zagato Sport for sale and they have a photo of the headliner in the display ad of the car listed on their web-site under "inventory", search for Lancia. The photo doesn't "print" out clear on my computer but it may give you some idea. HTH.

from memory a Fulvia Sport should have a black headlining effectively glued to the roof.
It is imperative that a high temperature resistant contact adhesive should be used to prevent it sagging down in front of your eyes in hot weather
