Hello!

As I wrote in the previous topic my ignition switcher had gone wrong.
Does anybody know what can I use instead of the original Beta switch? A Fiat?

Thanks

As far as I know, the FIAT is essentially identical with only a different key head (FIAT instead of Lancia). I have a FIAT switch around somewhere that is identical to the one in my Scorp and to the Beta switch I have. You may find that you have to swap around a wire or two in the connector. I had to do that with a Delta switch I put in one of my Scorpions.

You could probably solve the problem easily by using a relay in the starting circuit on your car to releave the ignition switch and get power directly to the startermotor. Except when te switch is really burned ofcourse... The switch can indeed be found in a Delta, probably also in Fiats like DJ said, like a Ritmo.

Oftopic: the lightswitch (at dipped beam) also often tends to get warm, I alway put a relay in that circuit too.

Thanks for the answers I go to an Italian carparts dealer (in Hungary first...), and I'm looking around what can I do.
