I've been taking my car apart so that the floor can be welded.
Does the carpet on everyone else's car loop around the gear selection linkage? It seems like I'm gonna have to take the gear linkage apart in order to get the carpet out. I find that incredible (though not unlikely!). Is there a way around it without cutting the carpet?
Or is my carpet that way because it is non-standard?
