My 1982 Zagato FI always started right up, no problems. But I just decided to do some work in the garage cause the zag gets lonely in the winter, so I replaced all the fuses, cleaned the fuse block up and all the relays, replaced the rotor and cap, the hazard switch (was bad) and the indicators/turn signals relay (thought it was bad). Now the zag turns over strong but no spark (it seems). It is getting fuel. I'm no mechanic or anything, but I think I must have pulled something in the spaghetti under the dash. It does seem to have been pretty well hacked in the past. What could be the problem? I re-checked all the fuses and the dist. parts. ??? help?

Well that'll teach ya fur takin yur bordem out on your Zag! LOL
Are you sure it isn't fuel related? have you pulled a spark plug and turned it over against ground to make sure you don't have spark? or are you assuming it has no spark? your note reads you are assuming that. If it has no spark, check the connections on the moduel and coil, if they are all good, pop the distributor cap and check the pickup coil wires, if they are bare or the insulation is cracked and coming off, get a new pickup coil.
Since you went around unplugging and plugging back in all the relays, I would start at the dual relay on the strut tower, I had the fuel pump red wire fall out of the socket once when I plugged it in, drove me nuts trying to find the problem as the wire "looked" to be fine in the socket, but it wasn't. Then the rest of the relays to make sure you didn't shove the wire out the back side of the plug socket.
Now you mumbled something about pulling spag out of the dash, what were you doing there? if you were messing around the gauge pod, take it out and make sure you have everything plugged in there, you will have to pop the speedo cable off to get it out far enough to look, but I think the car will run with the pod all unplugged, I can't remember if I had to plug them in to move the cars or not anymore, been too long. It would take way too much pull on the sockets to unplug the ignitin switch or most of the FI wiring so I highly dout you yanked anything apart there. Check the main FI computer wiring plug in under the passewnger side dash too, if you don't have it all the way home, it won't run and it is an easy one to get lose
Next, double check the fuses to make sure they are making good contact, I think #13 is the fuel pump fuse which has caused me problems in the past many times. It must be the load on it from the pump that makes those have problems so much
Give us more info! ???
