Brake Bias

Hi

Is there an easy way to adjust the brake bias on a S2 Fulvia Coupé?
Mine seems to have a bias towards the rear. It's not noticeable under normal driving but under hard braking it is where the rear wheels seem to lock up earlier than I would like.
I know there's some kind of mechanism at the rear on Fulvias to adjust braking strength depending on rear (boot) weight but don't know if this is the right place to start or what I should do.

On S2 / 3 cars there is a brake balance limiter acting on the rear brakes. This can be adjusted - there is a slotted hole in the bracket that holds the limiter.
