Shock Tower Colors

Got a set of new front struts from I.A.P. months ago. For the '82
Zagato am restoring. WAY-ASS AUTO, no less, close to factory
I assume . Assume inserts soon too. Color is more orange
than red. Not unlike what Russo Corsa means: more red than
orange, more orange than red? I don't think a Chevy orange
would be close, too yellowish orange, Just a thought

Chrysler 'Street Hemi Orange' is very close to the aftermarket WAY-ASSAUTO struts. WAY-ASSAUTO was the OEM supplier. Stock color in the cars was black.

This is my 4TH Beta, all had brown WAY ASS-AUTO
colored struts from the factory until these red/
orange, orange/ red replacements. Whatever.
If Chevy Orange matches & makes folks happy?
At least the brown showed less road crud.

All OE (way assauto) struts I've seen on betas in the UK are black other than the rebuildbale (insert) units which were brown - could it be that different colours relates to the series? ???
