View Full Version : Electrical problem solved?

Last Friday night, I drove the Scorpion about 15 miles with the headlights on after having the car sit for about 30 days. By the time I got to my destination, the turn signals were not working, the brake lights barely glowed and the tail lights were dim. The next morning I started the car and the turn signals wouldn't work while the brake lights were on. I futz'd around with the connections, but I couldn't solve the problem.

That afternoon, I went on about a 150 mile drive. After about 30 miles of driving with no lights on, everything worked fine! It appears that when the battery is not fully charged you can get some really weird electrical problems. Once the battery was back up to a full charge, everything worked properly again.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks,
Ed
