VIN anyone ?

Hello all,
Can anyone tell me if Betas have their VIN stamped into the bodywork/sheetmetal and if so where it is ?

My Trevi has no VIN plate but it does have a small strip of metal that has the VIN stamped into it and is riveted onto the front bonnet/hood hinge panel.

Mine also appears stamped inside the scuttle, just in front of the wiper motor on my (RHD) Volumex coupe.
