So how do I go about removing the beta coupe sunroof panel? Don't tell me I have to pull the interior lining down :-\. Thanks. Jeremy.

By coincidence, I'm demolishing a HPE with sunroof at the moment. When the roof is opened you can remove the little spoiler and two bump stops on the front side. Next, you can just slide the roof out to the front by lifting it.

No I can't see how to get it off from the outside, the sunroof you're describing must be different. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Is it an aftermarket (glass) sunroof?

The HPE is/was (RIP) a last series '83 model.
