Hi, does anybody know if there is any difference in the positioning of the timing marsks on Fiat Regata 100s cam pullies compared to Lancia Beta ones?
Thanks. Jeremy.

Hi everybody!
The cam shafts and pulleys of Regata 1.6 -86 are usable on betas 1.6-2.0 , I think.
I have use 1.6 beta shafts (and pullies) on my 2.0 4 years ago, and engine work properly . The max speed of carb 2.0 beta hpe were 195 km/h. But one fist were rub sore . I have install 1.8 exhaust shaft- and no difference.
All lancistas need table of appliance of shaft and pulleys, I suppose.

I am not to sure about this. The Montecarlo has a different timing belt tensioner from the front-wheel-drive Betas as the pulley offset is different (due to space limitations in the engine bay. I think that the Delta/Ritmo/Regata engines also have the narrower offset pulleys but do not know for sure, but again the tensioner bearing is not the same as a fwd Beta.
Sorry can't be more definite this posting is just to say that the pulleys could well have a different offset.
