Just about any parts store will be able to supply one. Bosch part #0 258 001 027, sold under #11027, universal O2 sensor.
This is the version that splices to your existing wire. If you don't want to splice the wire, you can get one with a wire (harness) for a lot more money.
Are you experiencing symptoms that point toward a bad sensor or doing preventive maintenance?
Thanks Greg
the car is running rough and is up for re-inspection- my mechanic said is totally shot

Have you verified the O2 sensor is the fault? Unplug it and see how it runs. If it "fixes" it to unplug it you can be reasonably assured it's the problem, but if you want to be certain test it.
With a VOM you can ballpark the mixture via the bypass screw on the AFM. You should see between 500 and 900 millivolts at the O2 sensor's unplugged pigtail after a good warmup. Screwing the bypass screw in makes it richer (more air measured by AFM) out makes it leaner (less measured air). The idea is to ballpark it and then plug in the O2 sensor, which will dynamically fine tune it.

Any single wire 02 should do you, AFAIK the only manufacturers are (still) Bosch and Denso, they are interchangeable and fit all single wire applications. Don't pay over about $35.
