Fuel Pressure

I have a 1966 1.3HF Fulvia Coupe with a 1.2HF engine running Solex carbs. The car was competition prepped by a prior owner, with an electric fuel pump. The pump needs to be replaced, and I need to know how much fuel pressure the Solexes like. Not able to find specs for fuel pressure anywhere. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

The Italian workshop manual quotes fuel pump specs as follows: at 2500 rpm, 50 litres/hour volume delivery, and 2.8<->3.2 metres of water pressure.

(3 metres of water converts to 4.3 psi or 0.3 bar.)
