:?: DJ.. Did you say that you solved all your Weber problems at idle and that 60 idle jets were the correct size..??

I'm at 065 for idle jets, 33 mm for venturi, 045 for accelerator pump jets, and 125 for main jets. I haven't driven it enough yet to determine if the mains are quite right.
These specs are exactly what the Alquati sheet called for on the NA engine (as far as I can determine from the Italian verbiage)

DJ,
Is that a spec sheet for Alquati manifold and Weber 40DCNF's to use on 2,0 L Montecarlo engine?

The specs I mentioned were for the NA engine (1800). The specs for the 2L were only slightly different. As soon as I get home in a couple hours I'll make sure I post the PDF of the Alquati spec sheet for you. It's one of those files that I just haven't gotten to yet.
FWIW, I found the 125 main jets to be wimpy at the altitude we are at here. I went to 130s with the same 190 air correctors and it improved performance but ran too rich. I am currently running 220 air correctors and have moved up to 135 mains. It runs much better now and isn't rich with the larger ACs. It runs nicely here at 5280 ft above sea level but last week when I went to visit another Lancisti in the mountains it suffered a bit. I currently run stock pistons and think that HC pistons will probably help me a lot in this regard. One of my winter projects will be to build a nice 2 liter with all such goodies including Croft cams and exhaust.
Today I will install F24 emulsion tubes to test. I am currently using F22s which came in the carbs but I am told that F24s should work better. I'll report as soome as I get a few miles on it.
